TASKS FOR FINNISH STUDENTS

TASKS IN ENGLISH

1. Present yourself in English (150 to 250 words)

2. Get acquainted with Finnish folk tales and the categories of folk tales. Choose one folk tale, present the category it belongs to (ie a fable, a legend, a picaresque story etc) and create your own English version of the story, or a modernized version, a poem, a song or a comic, for example. Or if you know a local story or a story that has run in your family, you can tell that story in English. You can also work with a partner.
